2004 Show Season

Bonito CR, wins another blue ribbon, ridden by Kathryn Zahlis.

Our one show of 2004 was the Evergreen Classic, sponsored by the Northwest Gaited Horse Club, at the Fair Grounds in Puyallup, Washington. We took four horses and had a pleasing outcome. In the Peruvian Paso Gait Class, Curry Ranch horses placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. In other competition. each of our four horses, won a blue ribbon to qualify for the final competition, "Best Horse of Show." A Tennessee Walking Horse took the top title, and our gelding, Romeo CR, was acclaimed the Reserve Champion. It was a well organized event, with a pleasant atmosphere and a positive competition with other gaited breeds.
